Starting with Spring Semester 2020 the library website and the interface used to search for library resources will change.
The library website will move to the new SBCC website by January 6, 2020. URLs for old library webpages will automatically resolve to the new site, but you may end up on the new home page if you use an old link to a page that’s being retired.
What you know as the “library catalog” or “books+” will become “OneSearch” by January 6, 2020. This new system is already used by all the California State University libraries and is being adopted by 110 of the California community colleges.
Research guides ("LibGuides") such as this one are moving from the sbcc.libguides.com domain to libguides.sbcc.edu. The old links will stop working in mid February 2020.
Use OneSearch to find print and online books, articles, and other types of sources. Limit your results to the types of sources you want by choosing the appropriate items from the filtering options.
