Professor Carey teaches research workshops in all subject areas, as well as teaching Library 101: Introduction to Information Literacy. She is an amateur outdoorswoman, artist, and poet, and a professional information literacy superhero who battles misinformation and seeks to inspire enthusiasm for critical thinking and lifelong learning everywhere she goes. Her super powers are curiosity and investigation, and she strives to teach others how to use them as passionately as she does.
